From the untouched hills of the Tuscan Maremma comes Grappa Monteverro, a unique spirit born from Italian passion and craftsmanship.

Grappa Monteverro is made from the pomace of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes from our estate. The fresh pomace, gently pressed, is brought to the distillery within 24 hours to begin distillation using a traditional discontinuous system with small copper stills. Only the so-called “heart” of each distillation, rich in refined aromas, is selected. The result of this ancient method is a smooth grappa with great aromatic variety, offering a bouquet of pomace, herbs and flowers. Our Riserva Grappa is aged for 3 years in Monteverro barriques, which give it elegance, harmony and complexity. Sold in pairs (2 bottles: white and riserva).
